BOOKING CONDITIONS

If the booking has to be made for the holiday package the client needs to partially deposit certain amount depending on the number of days ahead of departure.

1. In the booking time 40% of the total amount has to be paid.
2. Full payment has to be made after Visa.

CHILD POLICY

• infant under 2 years old free of charge
• Child under 12 years old sharing room with adult without bed charge 50% of adult fee
• Child under 12 years old sharing room with adult with bed charge 80% of adult fee

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Above 30 days prior to arrival date are no charge
• Between 10-30 days prior to arrival date are 50% charge
• Between 7-10 days prior to arrival date are 70% charge
• Under 7 days prior to arrival date are 100% charge

Person Contact, Hotel Contact, Agency Contact and Pick Up contact shall be provided beforehand in case of emergency.
